• Stamp duty and fee calculation
• Document and property verification
• Secure storage of registry-related records

User Responsibilities

You agree that:

• All information provided by you is accurate and complete
• Uploaded documents belong to you or you have legal rights to use them
• You will not upload forged, misleading, or illegal documents
• You will not misuse the platform for unlawful purposes
• You are solely responsible for the correctness of your submitted data.

Account & Access

• Users may be required to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Any activity under your account is your responsibility

Document Upload & Storage

• Uploaded files are stored securely
• You retain ownership of your documents
• We may remove content that violates laws or these terms
• We are not responsible for inaccuracies in user-submitted documents.

Language Support

The platform supports Hindi and English.

In case of interpretation differences, the English version shall prevail unless required otherwise by law.

Intellectual Property

All content, design, logos, templates, and software are the property of RB Registry and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy or reproduce templates
• Resell or redistribute platform content without permission

Limitation of Liability

RB Registry shall not be liable for:

• Legal outcomes of registry or deed execution
• Government rejections or delays
• Errors caused by incorrect user input
• Third-party service interruptions
• Use of the platform is at your own risk.

Third-Party Services

The application may use:

• Government portals
• Payment gateways
• Translation tools (e.g., Google Translate)

We are not responsible for third-party service failures or inaccuracies.

Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend or terminate access for misuse
• Remove data violating legal or platform rules
• Take action required by law enforcement

Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Bihar courts.
